    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Our Collector-Focused Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To maintain the collector’s value of our items, please review the following guidelines carefully.

Eligibility Requirements

For an item to be returnable, it must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unopened with original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their collectible nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Rare & Retired Funko Pops
  • Disney Parks Exclusives
  • BoxLunch Exclusives
  • Hot Topic Exclusive items
  • All Droid Depot products
  • Opened or damaged collectibles

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Email our Collector Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (if damaged)
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, ship your return to:

Important: Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Upon receiving your return, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 3 business days
  • Process your refund or exchange
  • Send you a confirmation email

Refund Information

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

What’s Refunded?

  • Original purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Taxes (if applicable)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (when available):

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly state your desired replacement item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return

If your replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damaged item/incorrect product
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement (if available) or refund

In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

For collectors outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing may take additional time for international shipments
